The base price listed is for fully machined bare heads ready for you to fit your parts and is based on you sending in your heads for modification. Our web prices include gst. To fill out the heads with our proven parts, check the boxes to build a complete package.

Much R&D has gone into these heads, top end horsepower was always easily achieved, but early on, the vvti lacked torque and acceleration when compared to well optimised motors running the earlier heads and compared to the 2 valve Ford and Chev motors. Not now!  We have spent a long time developing these heads to be the best they can be. Combined with our long runner intake, we believe these are the best you can get for your 1UZ vvti Super Stock.

Included:

• Dismantle and wash your heads.
• Hardness test and overall assessment.
• Weld ports and injector reliefs
• Modify ports by CNC machining on our Rottler P69 5 axis machining centre.
• Valve seats cut to our proven angles and radii using Newen CNC seat machine.
• Deck surfaces milled using cbn cutters to a fine finish for mls gaskets.
